"Just rotten. Their warehouse just can't seem to get anything right. Last year: Ordered 15 shirts. 4 were incorrect, wrong size, or wrong fit, or wrong color, or just plain wrong. Called customer service. Was charged for the replacement shirts, then my card was credited after the returns were received. However, one out of the four replacements was incorrect. After returning that, I finally received the correct shirt. This year: Ordered 4 shirts. One was the wrong fit. In the process of getting that one replaced. So Brooks Brothers messes up 1 out of every 4 shirts. What a waste of time. Make sure you provide the 4 digit code so that quality control can identify the packer that messes up your order. Love the shirts though!"

"It's not easy for independent musicians, so I try to support them, by buying directly from the artist, when possible. Finally received my CDs about 4 weeks after the order was placed. Apparently, they were transitioning to a new fulfillment carrier due to this very issue. Their old fulfillment carrier was not responding to emails, and I was able to reach someone through the Paypal resolution center. After a few days, I received a response explaining the delay, and the CDs arrived 3 days afterwards. I'm satisfied, and will buy from them again when her new album is released. Thank you!"

"Ordered 3 CDs and qualified for free shipping. Wanted to add a few more things to the order and placed a cancellation request. Instead of cancelling the whole order, Amazon cancelled only one CD. The order no longer qualified for free shipping, and I was charged $10.04 for shipping. 1. I didn't authorize cancelling of one CD, but rather the whole order. 2. I didn't authorize the amended order, that Amazon shipped without asking me. Don't get me wrong. I've placed 190 orders from Amazon since 1999, and nearly all have gone well. When things go wrong, they're not easy to fix. Amazon's cancellation email suggested refusing the package, and that's what I'm going to do. Then wait until the refund is authorized, and put in my amended order."

"Great products, great service! Ordered a B-stock M8 subwoofer. Came with free shipping. Received an email order confirmation. The next day, received an email due to a problem with the payment method. Cleared up quickly with a phone call. Before the item arrived, I had a question about wiring it up to my sound system and called. I realized that my call was a minute or two after technical support closed. I was pleasantly surprised when a technician picked up. He answered my question quickly and completely after looking it up. Item arrived well packaged. Looks new. Sounds great.
